研究领域: 1、聚乙烯基三维多孔陶瓷涂层复合隔膜的关键技术及产业化应用 提出了将生物质遗态氧化物应用于锂离子动力电池隔膜的改性,提高了隔膜的使用性能,包括其高温性能、力学性能及电解液清润性等。研究成果应用于湖南中锂新材料科技有限公司,投产后不到三年,累计实现产值5.11亿,实现利税1.38亿元人民币。项目获常德市科学技术进步一等奖、湖南省科学技术进步三等奖。 2、HEV用镍氢动力电池正极材料核心技术工程化研发及产业化应用 采用无铜生产线、铜杂质在线监测和检测关键技术,通过对聚氨酯海绵定型改性结合电镀过程中电流的调控,达到密度梯度结构的调控,实现了孔状均匀、高力学性能的无铜泡沫镍的生产。项目成果应用于常德力元新材料有限公司,投产后至今,累计实现销售收入7.35亿元,累计营业利润5705万元,上缴税金4256万元。项目已通过湖南省科技厅成果鉴定,并获湖南省科学技术进步二等奖。
